The annual Young Gun of Wine Awards searches for, showcases and celebrates Australia’s young guns of wine.
This year, the Top 12 of these on-the-verge talents will be in Melbourne for a one-night-only event.
The Final 12 winemakers (by state) are:

Peter Dredge from Meadowbank, Tasmania
Ricky Evans from Two Tonne Tasmania, Tasmania
John Hughes from Rieslingfreak, Clare Valley

You can meet the winemakers, try their wines – each will show two wines on the night - and you can help decide who will win the Young Gun of Wine People’s Choice Award. This year the stakes are particularly high; among the Top 12, eight are first-time finalists.
The event will stretch across Prince Wine Store and Bellota, with dinner from the Bellota kitchen served canapé style.
