Over the years, Cabernet Sauvignon has become an essential part of Australian wine heritage, highlighting regionality and varietal qualities as a single variety, but also being an important blending component.

This masterclass, presented by Corinne Mui, COO and Senior Wine Educator AWSEC Hong Kong, will provide a snapshot of the elegance, character and charm of top quality Cabernet Sauvignon grown in four distinct Australian wine regions with varying climates.
