Vinexpo Asia Pacific has been the leading industry event for wine and spirits professionals in the region, with the next edition being held from 28 to 30 May 2024 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC).
The three-day B2B trade event will provide the opportunity for Australian wine producers to showcase their brands to the most influential buyers, importers, distributors, producers, sommeliers, and merchants from around the world and facilitates networking and business opportunities within the industry.
Following on from Vinexpo Asia 2023 in Singapore, Wine Australia will continue to have a large presence on the trade show floor, with a scale similar to the 2023 event. It is forecasted Vinexpo 2024 will expand on the 2023 visitation results of over 9,989 trade visitors, from 64 countries, having the opportunity to engage with some 1,300 participating exhibitors.

Registration
Expressions of interest for this event have closed on 30 November 2023. All expressions of interest will be collated and you will be informed by email in early December 2023. Should you wish to be included on a Waitlist List, please email asia@wineaustralia.com.
The event was promoted to Australian wine businesses via the Wine Australia website and marketing newsletters.
Participation costs
- Half booth - AUD $8,500 +GST, 8 SKUs
- Full booth - AUD $12,500 +GST, 14 SKUs

Please note that at this stage Wine Australia is only seeking to ascertain appetite to participate from producers. A decision to proceed with this event will depend on interest levels and will be communicated in due course. An expression of interest does not guarantee participation, however if there is enough interest in participating, further information and an invitation to register will be forwarded to applicants that meet the criteria.
Participation inclusions
Participation within an Australian wine pavilion, facilitated by Wine Australia would include:
- Dedicated booth within the Wine Australia stand with area for company/brand name and single logo display
- Glassware, spittoons, ice and an ice bucket
- Access to individual meeting space
- Storage area for wines (on booth and shared space)
- Ability to join consolidated freight from Australia (invoiced to exhibitor)
- Wine Australia staff onsite enabling exhibitors to focus on their stand and manage business opportunities
- Boosted impact of exhibitor participation with a dedicated public relations and digital campaign run by Wine Australia.
