Wine Australia congratulates Singapore wine educator on academic excellence award

Wine Australia offers its congratulations to Singapore-based Lim Hwee Peng, one of its esteemed A+ Australian Wine School educators who this month was named dux of the Advanced Wine Assessment Course (AWAC) 33 run by the Australian Wine Research Institute and Royal Adelaide Wine Show in Adelaide, Australia.

Aaron Brasher, Wine Australia’s Regional Director Australia, Asia and Emerging Markets said, 'Our highly experienced A+ Australian Wine School educators help us deliver fundamental Australian wine education to trade and consumers.

'Hwee Peng is one of 13 such educators in the Asian region and we are incredibly proud of his achievement and the on-going contribution he will make to Australian wine education in Singapore.'

Hwee Peng is the first international participant to be named dux of an AWAC program and is the founder of Winecraft Marketing & Services, a highly regarded wine consultancy and education business in Singapore.
