Making compliments and complaints
You can make a compliment or a complaint about Wine Australia by completing the online form below. Once compliments and complaints are received. they are distributed to the most appropriate member of Wine Australia’s team. If you would like to make a compliment or complaint directly to a member of our Senior Leadership Team, please do so via phone or email. You can also email compliments or complaints directly to the Wine Australia Chair via chair@wineaustralia.com.
If you wish to report fraudulent activity within Wine Australia, please report this here. If you wish to raise a non-compliance issue by an Australian winery or exporter, please report through Wine Watch.
A reminder that Wine Australia doesn’t sell wine or handle matters related to the sale of wine, however we can provide advice about the best avenue to direct such complaints. More information about Wine Australia is available here.
