PhD and Masters by Research scholarships

Research organisations are required to submit an annual academic progress report and financial statement for each scholarship recipient. An electronic copy of the final research thesis, an Executive Summary and end of project financial reconciliation must be submitted to us at the end of candidature. 

Progress reporting

An academic progress report is required annually for research scholarships that Wine Australia fund. Academic progress reports must be completed in CIMS and a copy of the supervisor’s yearly assessment of the student can be attached.

Financial statements

A financial statement of all receipts and payments for the research scholarship to 30 June, is required as soon as possible after end of financial year  (no later than 30 September). Financial statements must be completed online through CIMS.

End of project financial reconciliation

In the final year, the end of project financial reconciliation must be provided within three months of submission of the thesis for examination. All projects must submit their statement online via CIMS.

Research thesis

On confirmation of conferral, the research organisation is required to provide us with an electronic copy of the thesis and an electronic copy of an executive summary within 30 days of the thesis being placed in the research organisation’s library or otherwise being made publicly available.

The research thesis must be submitted to research@wineaustralia.com.
