Sandra Olarte travelled to Bern, Switzerland to attend the 5th European Conference of Sensory and Consumer Research (EUROSENSE).

Summary

Sandra Olarte travelled to Bern, Switzerland to attend the 5th European Conference of Sensory and Consumer Research (EUROSENSE). During the conference she presented two posters “Berry Sensory Assessment (BSA)-Should frozen wine grape berries be used in sensory evaluations?” (Olarte et al. 2012a), and “Effect of rootstocks on Shiraz berry and wine sensory characteristics” (Olarte et al. 2012b). Participation at the 5th EUROSENSE gave Sandra the opportunity to make and renew contacts with sensory researchers that will facilitate future collaboration in sensory research. Attendance to the conference gave Sandra the opportunity to learn from sensory research in many fields.
