‘We make a wine for that’ Domestic Campaign Event Listing Terms & Conditions


 

This is a legal agreement between you ("you") and Wine Australia ("Wine Australia") (“Agreement”). The domestic campaign refers to the ‘We make a wine for that’ (“Domestic Campaign”) run by Wine Australia. You should read this Agreement in its entirety before listing your event (“Event”) on the Domestic Campaign events page (“Wine Australia Events Page”). By completing the online registration form to list your Event on the Wine Australia Events Page (“Online Registration Form”), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Domestic Campaign Event Listing Submission Guidelines (“Guidelines”).

For the avoidance of doubt, Wine Australia will be promoting your Event on both the Wine Australia and Australian Wine brand platforms. 

You must complete the Online Registration Form at least 10 business days prior to the commencement of the Event. 

You warrant that you have the right to advertise the Event and the details of the Event listing, submitted to Wine Australia, is true and correct.

Wine Australia may, in its absolute discretion:

  1. decline listing the Event on the Wine Australia Events Page without having to provide any justification;
  2. remove an Event listing from the Wine Australia Events Page without having to provide any justification; and / or
  3. edit the Event listing without having to provide any justification.

You have the responsibility to ensure that the Event details and the uploaded Event listing on the Wine Australia Events Page is and shall remain accurate for as long as the Event listing appears on the Wine Australia Events Page. Wine Australia accepts no responsibility or liability for any inaccuracies in the Event listings on the Wine Australia Events Page. 

Wine Australia accepts no responsibility for any amendment (e.g. date change of the Event) once an Event is submitted to Wine Australia and / or when the Event listing is live on the Wine Australia Events Page.

It is your responsibility to notify Wine Australia as soon as practicable if the Event is cancelled or varied and you will provide Wine Australia with at least 2 business days’ notice to update the Wine Australia Events Page. 

Events promoted through this Domestic Campaign events calendar may also be published in other Wine Australia related publications and social media platforms, including Australian Wine digital channels. 

We may use your name and logo for the purpose of identifying you on Wine Australia website, related publications and social media platforms, marketing, advertising and promotional materials.

The Online Registration Form to list the Event must be submitted by persons 18 years and over.

Wine Australia is to only publish the Event, as advised by you, on the Wine Australia Events Page and has no involvement in the Event. Wine Australia is not liable to you or any other persons for any general, special, specific, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or other loss or damage incurred as a result of any failure or delay in listing an event. 

You hereby agree to indemnify Wine Australia against any claim, action, damage, loss, liability, cost, charge, expense, outgoing or payment suffered, paid or incurred by Wine Australia as a result of any matter arising out of this Agreement, the Guidelines or otherwise.

You warrant that you and / or the Event hold all necessary approvals and otherwise comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements to run the Event. For the avoidance of doubt, your application to list your Event on the Wine Australia Events Page is solely for advertising purpose and does not constitute any approval in any form for the Event.

The listing of the Event by Wine Australia on the Wine Australia Events Page does not represent any endorsement or connection to the Event.

You agree to comply with the Guidelines and Wine Australia reserves the right to update the Guidelines from time to time. By you continuing to list your Event on the Wine Australia Events Page, you accept the updated terms of the Domestic Campaign Event Listing Submission Guidelines, if any, which can be accessed on the Site Owner’s website.

Wine Australia may vary these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise notified to the contrary, such modification will take effect upon being posted to the Wine Australia website.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Australia in the Commonwealth of Australia and each party hereby irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of South Australia.
