Vinexpo Asia is the leading industry event for wine and spirits professionals in the region, with the 2024 event held in Hong Kong attracting over 14,000 visitors from 60 countries.
In 2026, Wine Australia will again facilitate a large presence at the Hong Kong event through an Australian Wine pavilion to elevate the perception and demand for our product amongst our key export markets, and to help you capitalise on opportunities to engage with key trade from across the region.
Held from 26 to 28 May 2026 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC), this three-day B2B trade fair offers Australian wine producers an unparalleled platform to present their brands to key industry players, including influential buyers, importers, distributors, sommeliers, and merchants from across the globe, whilst facilitating invaluable networking and business opportunities within the global wine market.

Participation in the Australian Wine pavilion, facilitated by Wine Australia includes:
- Dedicated booth within the Australian Wine pavilion with signage displaying company/brand name and single logo
- Glassware, spittoons, ice and an ice bucket
- Access to individual meeting space
- Storage area for wines (on booth and shared space)
- Ability to join consolidated freight from Australia (invoiced to exhibitor)
- Wine Australia staff onsite enabling exhibitors to focus on their booth and manage business opportunities
- Boosted impact of exhibitor participation with a dedicated public relations and digital campaign run by Wine Australia.
Participation costs
Winery / company participation costs
- Half booth - AUD $8,500 +GST, up to 8 SKUs
- Full booth - AUD $12,500 +GST, up to 14 SKUs

We recommend that all exhibitors read, understand and agree to the details in this prospectus prior to registering.
State subsidies may be available, please contact your state representative for more information. For eligible Victorian producers, a 50% subsidy is available via Wine Victoria. Note the subsidy covers 50% of the cost of the booth space only.
